We are FINALISTS at the Welsh Beauty Industry Awards 2023

We are excited to announce that Kings Academy have scooped a FINALIST nomination for 'Beauty Training Academy of the Year' at the 2023 Welsh Beauty Industry Awards.

Sara King (Kings Academy Director) says;

''Thank you for nominating us - but I want to let you in on a little secret; we are already winners! Everyday Kings Academy gets to work with the most fantastic young people. Many of them have their own unique niches and qualities. Some of these young people face huge challenges both socially and emotionally. They are growing up in a different world than we did. Some are dealing with identity hurdles. Many have been held back due to mental health issues brought on through the pandemic.''

''At Kings, they understand that inclusivity is an important part of life and belonging to a diverse community. Thank you again for the nomination, we are proud to support the young people of North Wales and will continue to strive for excellence for all.''

When Will the Winners Be Announced?

The winners will be announced during an awards ceremony on Sunday 5th November at the Mercure Holland House Hotel in Cardiff, where the industry’s finest will gather to celebrate excellence and network with peers.

A spokesperson for the Welsh Beauty Industry Awards said: “We were overwhelmed by the calibre of entries we received this year. The passion and dedication displayed by the finalists are truly inspiring and reflect the vibrant and ever-evolving beauty scene in Wales.
